Shipping Policy
We process and ship out all of our orders within Monday - Saturday time frame. Orders have a processing time of 3-14 business days. A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has been shipped. You should receive your hair within 1-3 business days after you receive your tracking number. A signature is required for orders.
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. In the event that your package is lost, stolen or damaged you will need to get in contact with USPS to file a claim. Our packages are insured by USPS and additional insurance is available to purchase at checkout.
We are not responsible for custom fees for international shipments.
Fraud
We have zero tolerance for credit card fraud. When you make a purchase you are agreeing to be the authorized user for the card used during checkout. Offenders will be turned over to a collection agency.
Refund policy

Return & Exchange Policy:
All sales are final. Exchanges are permitted for items that are damaged or if there has been a mistake on our behalf. If you need to exchange an item please contact our customer service email. velvetvendorhairgallery@gmail.com
Exchanges must be made within 30 days after you have received your item. Exchanged items MUST be unused and in the same condition as received, along with the original packaging. We also require proof of purchase.
Once we received your item, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item. We will also notify you once the new item has been shipped out to you along with a tracking number.
